THE PROCESS

The Buying Process
1. Property Information: To get started, please, either email or telephone us with some basic information about the property that you wish to sell. See the "contact us" section of this web site for more information.
2. Estimate: We will prepare an estimate of what we can offer you. Estimates are prepared prior to visiting the property in order to save time, yours, as well as ours, in the event that our estimate does not meet your price objective. If our estimate is of interest to you, we would then set an appointment, at a time that is convenient for you, to view the property.
3. View Property: Naturally, we need to verify that the property is in the same condition, as we understood it to be.
4. Offer: Once we have seen the property, we can then make you a written offer of what we can pay for your home. If our offer is acceptable to you, we will work with you to choose a closing date that is best for you.
5. Close: A real estate attorney handles our closings professionally.
6. Fresh Start: Enjoy! You can now move on with your life.
